How do they work?
The Managed VPS solutions are all powered
by Parallels Virtuozzo Containers VPS software. Parallels Virtuozzo Containers is the world's
most popular platform for Virtual Private Servers. This modern
technology is completely replacing the traditional web hosting
model of virtual and dedicated hosting by allowing for each
customer to be in complete control of their own dedicated
environment.
What hardware platforms are used?
All our managed VPS solutions are provided
from brand new, state-of-the-art Dell hardware. We use exclusively
Dell dual Xeon servers of 3.0Ghz or faster with between 4GB
and 12GB of RAM per machine depending on the solution.
What is Extreme Support?
Extreme support is not limited to 24/7
live engineers waiting for your requests, it's not simply
having the most experienced staffed willing to assist you,
Extreme support means going beyond the barriers of the hardware
and hosting solutions to provide you, the customer with the
assistance you need to get your sites and applications up
and running. Extreme support is offered over the phone, on
live chat and by way of our ticketing system.

The managed VPS comes complete with a
powerful control panel for no additional cost. Resellers looking
for added features may choose to select Parallels Plesk Panel for
only $5.00 per month. Other control panels are also available

IPs. IPs are included free for each domain that is registered
with us or transferred to us and only cost $1.00 per month
for domains provided by other registrars.
